Airtel Axis CC Video KYC how?

Hi,

I've applied for Airtle Axis CC but for KYC it has went to my hometown, but im doing job at different loactaion. So the home branch guys told to get kyc done from ur nearest branch. But wen i visit other branches they are telling it is not possible for kyc of airtel card.
How to get video kyc option?

If you have application number from agent who called you or SMS.


You can complete KYC with different agent at nearest branch with same application number.

I've already tried the same. The bank ppl said, it is possible for all cards other than Airtel card.
