Till now, i have been using 2 separate Airtel account. One with Airtel Personalization for Airtel Recharges (Black color) and other without allowing personalization for Utility (White color). But from yesterday onwards when i pay for Utility, i am getting error "Transaction getting failed. Please try again later.", not able to pay Utility bill at all (Gas Bill/Electricity etc.).
Anybody facing the issue for paying Utility Bill?. Any solution for the same?
