Airtel Broadband recharge to wrong user.

I was going to recharge my Airtel Broadband and instead recharged my cousin's Airtel Broadband by mistake. (They are not using it, as they shifted recently, so it's ok to reclaim the recharge and send it back to me).
I contacted Airtel support on Twitter and they asked for all details over 2-3 days. Then silence since two days.
Transaction was done with Airtel Axis cc. Amount is around ₹589.
What are options now?
Make a new complaint to Airtel Appellate Authority?
Should I file for a credit card chargeback?

Don't worry, they will refund to source account (most probably)

I have done ₹199 recharge by mistake on relative's number in midnight. Raised request immediately with seniors, and amount got refunded 3rd or 4th day.

Chargeback will be declined.

They didn't give feedback if they initiated the refund. How and where did you raise the complaint?
