I was going to recharge my Airtel Broadband and instead recharged my cousin's Airtel Broadband by mistake. (They are not using it, as they shifted recently, so it's ok to reclaim the recharge and send it back to me).
I contacted Airtel support on Twitter and they asked for all details over 2-3 days. Then silence since two days.
Transaction was done with Airtel Axis cc. Amount is around ₹589.
What are options now?
Make a new complaint to Airtel Appellate Authority?
Should I file for a credit card chargeback?
