I'm planning to get an Airtel 200 Mbps fiber connection.
I don't need fixed DTH connection or live TV; OTT content is sufficient for me.
If Airtel launches IPTV in the future, I might consider that.
I don't have an Android TV; I'm using regular monitor.
Can I get the Xstream Android box with 999 fiber plan without DTH and without paying a security deposit? I'm willing to pay 3x or 6x in advance.

You are mixing too many things here.
What do you want ? internet? Live TV? OTT ?

If Airtel launches IPTV in the future, I might consider that.

IPTV is done its course 10 yrs back, its obsolete.

this hardware is super shitty chines carp. avoid.
Buy a firetv sick in 3k, or if you know there are lots of place to buy used/refurb firstv stick under 2k.

One need to pay 3 months advance while taking new internet connection.
get plain and simple 999/- 200mbps plan. you will get prime+zee+hotstar bundled. use these services in browser and enjoy.
Later if you plan to buy any TV, get fireTv stick and install these OTT app on that and enjoy.
