EXHIBIT I: AJIO INSTANT DISCOUNT OFFER
1. Definition: For the purpose of this Exhibit:- “Bank Cardholders” shall mean a Resident Individual that holds valid Bank Card(s) (defined below).
- “Bank Cards” shall mean the following Bank credit cards – (1) HDFC Regalia Credit Card, (2) HDFC Diners Club Privilege Card, (3) HDFC Dinner Club Credit Card and (4) HDFC Millennia Credit Card and a few other segments of cards
- “Specified Products” shall mean products bearing the Brands (defined below) which are listed and offered for sale on AJIO Platform.
- “Brands” mean the brands listed in Annexure 1 to this Exhibit.
3. Eligibility:
- This Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above (“Resident Individual”) on the Offer Start Date.
- Each Resident Individual who is Bank Cardholder and is AJIO customers holding valid Bank Cards with a valid phone number and e-mail address (“User(s)”).
- This Offer will be applicable on Bank Cards only and not on any other Bank credit cards and/or debit cards.
- This Offer will be available to Bank Cardholders on usage of Bank Cards for purchase of Specified Products on AJIO Platform on minimum order value of Rs 5,999/- (“Minimum Order Value”) and capped to a maximum discount of Rs. 2,000/- (“Flat Discount Value”).
- Subject to the terms contained herein, the Offer can be availed only once per Bank Card and once per User (new Ajio user only) during the Offer Term but the total Maximum Discount Value per Bank Card will be capped at Rs 2000
- The User shall be eligible to avail the Offer only if the User fulfils the below conditions:
1.User makes payment for purchase of the Specified Products on AJIO Platform using Bank Cards;
2.The total value of a single order for purchase of Specified Products on AJIO Platform is equal to or greater than the Minimum Order Value after considering all applicable discounts, if any.
3Upon purchasing Specified Products in accordance with the above, eligible User shall receive an instant discount, subject to the cap of Maximum Discount Value. For clarity, the maximum instant discount that can be availed under this Offer is capped to the Maximum Discount Value per Bank Card. - This Offer cannot be combined with any other Bank on AJIO Platform.
- This Offer is not applicable on purchase of non-specified products including not limited to gold and silver coins/ bullions & Jewellery items on AJIO Platform.
- Additional Rs. 2000 off on a min. bill value of Rs. 5999
- One time use per customer and per card combination
- Offer applicable for Ajio new users only
- Applicable on Selected products only, shop only from the shared link by the bank or by searching “Ajio HDFC” on the app
- Applicable for certain HDFC Credit Card Holders only. Bins provided by the bank and bank’s discretion.
