Query regarding Cashback SBI card and instant discount offers.

I am aware of the info that SBI card forfeits any reward point or cashback that has been earned against an instant discount offer. But my question is if on a product Flipkart (or any merchant) is offering the same instant discount on all banks' (i.e. not specific to only SBI cards) credit and debit card including SBI Cashback card, will SBI card then also take back the cashback after a few months?

Yes anything is possible with SBI. They won't listen to any logic or complaints.

can't take back, If take back, complain with rbi directly, because sbi sale was on Amazon and not on Flipkart. Also even on Amazon sbi cashback is clearly excluded from the sales t&c.

I am getting 581 off on Axis Credit cards and 500 off with SBI DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS INCLUDING Cashback Credit Card. Should I go with SBI Cashback CC for extra 5% CB?

I think you should go with Axis. I didn't find the answer to my question. But there's a high chance that even for CB card, SBI will take it back someday. Also, if there's grab deals for Axis. So you will get some more cashback there.
