[Alert] Canara Setu Failure

Use rupay Firstap DC of IDFC as rupay cards are working for now in Canara setu. But that card has a daily limit of 1L so plan the payments for multiple days

Apply firstap rupay on IDFC app and pay using that, it is working for now

Does it give RP's? How much difference in RP from Wealth DC vs FirstTap rupay ?

Finally I was able to pay through canara setu using debit card. Made 2 payments using IDFC wealth dc and first power dc. The merchant name was "CANARA" and not "Retail CC"
Let's see if i get points 😅

account variant decides the RP, not the debit card type. Wealth will give points according to wealth structure, no matter VISA MC Or Rupay

upgraded my idfc normal debit card to wealth debit card so that I could get 50k points every month. received the card few days back and now I am not able to Pay via Debit card on Setu 🤣

Same happened to me upgraded kotak 811 super account and now no reward.

I have paid my sbi card bill payment through canara setu portal of 17k on 10/01/25 through fi debit card but my bill payment as per canara setu portal got failed failed but not received my refund yet. Even I have raised the complaint on canara setu portal and raised dispute with fi on 17/01/25 but not received any update nor my refund. Please help View attachment 84122

Are you able to get your money back? Struggling myself for over the month and don’t know where to go. Did transaction from idfc debit card that got failed and have tried to idfc support for which they are saying that the merchant is rejecting charge back request. Not sure where to go for canara setu support

Canara setu is not working cc Avenue error I tag ccaevenue on X they said problem from merchant side (equqfix.com)

facing issue for a while now, have to pay CC bill so hope it will get fix in a day or two
