I have follwing questions regarding standard chartered bank

1. Are the cards worth it...??

2. Do they give pre approved offers to existing savings account holders???

3. Which is the best account with minimum balance to get pre approved offers..??

4. Do they give cards to normal people other than those having salary accounts in scb or are only salaried..???

Any special condition for LTF card?

AFAIK StanC not offering LTF cards now even though its pre approved.
They start with 250 for rewards card and max is 5k ultimate.
Other than ultimate we can get spend based waivers
I used 4 or 5 variants so far with SCB from 2015 i never paid any fee
Trying for ultimate log time since limit required in existing card is 4l but i have 2.5l till now

It is 5-6 months, from my experience, could be lower.
Applied for Ultimate in June, got rejected as I filled incorrect income by mistake. Tried applying last week and got approved this time.

Smart is the entry level card, hence it has the highest approval chances.

Hi. I had come across information that SC ultimate offers reward points for transactions less than Rs. 150 also. That is, 1 point for Rs. 30. However, I'm unable to find this in their website. Can anyone please confirm or point me to the link which says this?

Just confirmed for you 😃. Nowhere mentioned but it's like that. And no exclusions whatsoever except cash withdrawal kind of transactions. Even EMI spends give RPS.

mostly in pre approved we will get rewards card or super value titanium, once i got rewards card as pre approved i upgraded to Manhattan and final destiny should be ultimate

If u want not to wait for pre approval u can take their easy my trip card which is approved easily

Yes. You can upgrade. Mostly , they will not give very high variant card unless limit isngood. But getting Smart card is not a big problem.
If you already have a card, just select Yes for both "Are you a Standard chartered bank customer", and "Do you have an existing Credit card" and follow the steps. They will charge Re 1/- and will approve your new card very easily

I think With this step, Card will not be upgraded instead new card will be issued. Please reconfirm

Yes. New card will be issued. You can close the old card. But reward points will not be transferred

I have applied for SCB Smart credit card as i had a pre-approved offer. Let's see.

I don't hold any relationship with SCB
