What's the reason for mass closure of idfc accounts? The debit card reward system was removed recently, apart from that it provides best interest rates on savings account. App is top notch. Wonder why would anyone close their idfc accounts

They have rectified the mistake in a month, but should have kept a minimum of 2 BOGO instead of 4. Now more will close the account.

Definitely, I'll downgrade my account to a basic one if they slash the interest rate too
