yes. but I receive same offer as UPI pay also.
Even if we make any utility or other bill payments with all other payment available also get same types of scratch cards...

Even though I have many credit cards added to my amazon account, while paying for Amazon voucher, it shows no option (shows debit cards though).
When I tried adding my credit card again, it gives the following message : The card has been added to your Wallet but will not be available for use for this purchase.

Question is what are you trying to purchase?
Also are you buying through credit card or credit line card? Certain services can't be availed with credit card/credit line.

Maybe they have a limit of how much vouchers you can buy with credit card in a month? I must have purchased Rs 25k+ this month

As per amazon policy, amazon pay gift card balance can't be used to purchase another gift card

But he is trying to purchase by using a credit card.
Maybe he is using a prepaid card.

Are you using credit card/credit line or prepaid card?
And if you're using credit card and already exhausted your limit buying gift card through cc, you wouldn't be able to get through probably.
