Amazon/Flipkart offer conditions for Addon card

During the recent offer period on Amazon/Flipkart, they were providing a maximum of 10% and up to 5000 maximum discounts per card on axis,icici and sbi cards.
Will I get separate discount limits per card if I apply and use addon cards for the above-mentioned banks (my mother's application got rejected by icici and I want multiple cards to get maximum benefit during such sale time)

I don't think add on cards have to do anything with secondary card holder. Secondary card holders can use the card but, it won't report to their cibil.It will only report to primary card holder's cibil and will be considered under his primary card' spends.
