Same here. The collect stickers link showed - "UH OH SEEMS THERE IS SOME PROBLEM!!!"
That's why I was initially confused. But clicked on the next link and proceeded to get the reward.

By the way, do note that this is only a cashback, not instant discount. So we have to buy something and wait for the cashback.

Two relevant T&C I noted now:
