If it's still not Settled under Unbilled Transactions (that is still showing In Progress), you won't see the cashback. After it settles, you can calculate and match with "Earned after last statement" value.

Yes it's weird the CB updated 2 days later now after the settled was done

I am facing this issue.. bought 5K voucher on Mar 1, it failed ordered again, that also failed. In My Orders it shows green, inside it shows Voucher Generation Failed, Money will be refunded by Mar 8, but I don’t have the money back yet. I have just opened a ticket.

Did you get your refund? Please let me know me when you get it. Also how did you open a ticket as I don't see any option for that in the app? Thanks.
