Try with some other app, if that is also not allowing means merchant is literally not accepting cc payments. In this case you are left with bank account only.

but I can certainty say the intensions of Arindom and other youtubers are not that good...they deliberately misinform and promote dull things as exciting tricks....
So yes, it is vital to distinguish the action and intentions behind actions...
But for me, I only take whatever is useful and profitable..at least I get to know few things from them....
And few tricks happens to be very useful for me....
