Hi @Abhishek012, now when trying to buy amazon GV using Zingoy GV it is asking to pay that 1% charges using UPI only, but the UPI QR they show is restricted and doesn't let us pay. Tried in desktop site and in app as well.

Sometimes Zingoy's Paytm UPI QR is down, you need to try after sometime. Many people are complaint about this. It will work after sometime.

You can also pay through net banking, cards with some conv fee.

by the way, zingoy ask kyc for more than 10k purchase within a month. Make sure you dnt have kyc problem ?

UPI and Zingoy GV are the only option enabled for buying Amazon Pay GV. I’ve already completed KYC long back. That doesn’t seem to be an issue.

I’ve tried scan and pay too in a computer site. Doesn’t work.

Just to check if this problem is only with Amazon pay, I tried buying another brands GV using UPI. It got the same issue. So I guess we’ll have to wait till the UPI gets alright

Try purchasing from zingoy's mobile app, you can choose your desired upi app and it redirects to directly, elimination the malfunctioning QR code.
