You can contact customer care for same.
I have applied few days before and contacted customer care for the approval date . He told me that it will approve in 7 working days and yesterday my application got approved.

I applied for my wife in oct last year.. it was similar status. As in kyc done and further processing for about a month or so.. we lost hope.... We told customer care to cancel the application as there is no progress. 1 fine day we got a message that the application is approved and card will be dispatched in a day or so.. we got that card after couple of days
