Devaluation Amazon pay charges convenience fee (High charges for APay ICICI CC than other CC)

AMAZON PAY started to charge convenience charges which is higher for the AMAZON ICICI Credit card in comparison to the other banks credit card
Amazon ICICI recently restricted the utility bill payments on other platforms than amazon pay using No 2% CASHBACK on other platforms.
Amazon already stopped the Bill payment if the bill amount on a single bill is 15K. No more than 5 bill payments using the Amazon pay balance
This year amazon stopped combined payments using amazon pay gift card balance and other method such as upi, debit card, credit card

Check with other visa cards just to ensure it is not due to visa vs rupay?

- Capping on wallet load
- Extended Exclusion list
- No CB on fuel, rent, gold coins

- Now this Convenience fees on Utility

APay card has seen many silent devaluations in 2025:-

Now only thing left is the 5% CB on amazon, if there is a slight tweak on this, we can close this card too.
