Guys I have decided to pay the due amount (2.3 lacs ) because today is the last day of payment .and mailed ICICI Bank to know the reason of blocking card.

I also got the same msg as your cash back is on hold I have used it for 21lakhs rs for a month I always clear the dues. And my cash back of 21k is on hold can anyone tell me the solution how to solve it . There is no dues on me

Jeez dude 21 lac in one month? How much ITR have you filed? Cashback is least of your concern, ITD will have field day with you. I do not think amazon will remove the hold as its clearly used for commercial purposes which is strictly not allowed by all card issuers.

highly unlikely. 90% chance it is due to the 6 mobiles and 1.6lk fasttag in one month lol

Exactly after seeing few cases like this, I called them and asked them what is the actual definition for this.
They told me that if you are purchasing something in bulk or like this case, many mobiles in a very short duration, then they will block the card and a verification team will verify if you are doing that on commercial purpose or not, you can show them the proofs if you are not doing commercial purchase, then they will unblock that again.
