Amazon Pay ICICI credit card under investigation- will they block my credit card?

Recently I got this message from icici Bank, my cashback more than 10k in the month of March statement ,is there any possibility to my cash back from icici amazon pay card.

8 lac is the shield for apay card in an anniversary year if u cross mostly they block without giving any rewards
Investigation is a decent word they say

This is a known ICICI Bank tactic to discourage commercial transactions on the APay card.

If you had made a single transaction of extremely high value or a number of transactions of similar type of high value for the same product (like five iPhones) you will get such a message. The bank is checking if this was a bona fide transaction or a commercial transaction. If they think it is OK you will get the points in 15-20 days or so. Else they will block and cancel your card without warning.

The customer will have to pay the total amount due. Bank will block the card from further transaction......

Same happened with one of my friend, after that message his card got blocked permanently.

So imo it's unlikely you will be able to use this card further.
