naah... most of the merchants APay supports deny the option until there is sufficient balance....

But it is not allowing. Are they not refreshing the terms and conditions?

I just found out MyJio mobile recharge allows this. Did a recharge today and was able to do partial payment via Amazon pay wallet and rest via UPI.
