Amazon Pay Upi Default Upi ID options change Request

Recently after multiple approach with Amazon cc team I am not getting any response over below issues.

I have right now 3 upi id from amazon 1 personal other 2 are merchants qr code upi id that linked with same a/c & mobile no now problems is this after adding my 2nd merchants code upi id that comes with qr sticker it added & convert to my primary upi id my old one I.e. xxmobileno@apl changed but still present in upi section now problems is this merchants upi id is alphanumeric type its complicated to remember.

I requested to amazon change my primary upi id as before but they have no clue I found response as please deregister all upi id & again register same as per my knowledge if once deregister any upi id we can't make same upi id it need new keywords or no to create new ones even there is no options to change primary upi id in amazon upi section only mentioned activity available upi id kindly suggest what to do should I remain same or deregister.



Is anyone passed through kindly share opinions !!!

Me too stuck with the same issue. There are YT videos which show it can be done but I am not able to do so.

Primary UPI ID = mobileno@yapl (primary).
Creating a new ID, for example = abc@apl creates a new ID = mobileno@apl !!! Again created abc@apl, this time it gets created successfully.

Now we have 3 IDs:
mobileno@yapl (primary)
mobileno@apl
abc@apl.

No option to change primary ID, it remains as mobileno@yapl.

Deleting mobileno@apl deletes abc@apl too.
This sucks.

Went for BHIM and straight away linked Rupay CC. No bank linking required ! 🙂
