I have 26.19 version still no rupay option.

It's not about version, update comes to users throttling the customer id.

It will roll out in phases. The frontend code of the app is already there just waiting for server approval, when the backend data also catches up to enable it for your user ID of the account it will start showing up.
No further update from your side will be needed, be it 26.18.XX or 26.19.XX.

It seems , this Rupay update is still work in progress. ( or half baked )..
Even though we click on "Add Card Now" , it is showing all possible Banks list( like hundreds of them), which means it is still looking at adding bank accounts and hence my icici coral rupay is not able to be added, it says icici account is already added..

The banks list for Rupay card should be a handful of them like about 10 or whatever , not the whole lot..

So , they must be still working on it...
Unfortunately, Amazon has also came down to this low standard...
