It simply means any and every denomination of the voucher is out of stock. Nothing else.

Earlier they used to blank out the denomination from denomination listing below in that page. but this time they removed the page itself.
But yeah you are right though, as i can see now 10k denomination is back and page is active.
I think they updated their site and changed the way of showing out of stock vouchers.

The day they’ll permanently exclude Apay vouchers from Multiplier would mean they are prepared for mass cancellations of their cards. For that’s what 95% of the people are doing with it as of date.
