Amazon pay wallet payment failing at razor pay pg

Bhima gold is offering 0% making charge on online purchase of Gold today at a cart value of 50k.
Cherry on top is online PG is Razor pay which supports Amazon Pay wallet.

Excited by the offer, I added 60k in APay wallet using Atlas via gyftr option. But the 60k transaction is failng every time b/w PG and Apay wallet.
Apay team doesn't seem to be aware of solution and Razorpay cannot be reached. Money is stuck and offers seems to be available only for today.
Any help is greatly appreciated ! Error screenshot attached.

Either razorpay pg issues or merchant side pg config issue. Contact merchant support

Latest update: Got email confirmation from Merchant it accepts Amazon wallet payment. Got email confirmation from razorpay, not an issue at their end, it's the wallet which is failing. Ball is in AZ court and they are still validating.
I wonder how I'm going to use 60k AZ wallet load, given the offer is already expired and wallet loaded with gift voucher cannot be refunded. Tips ?

Use for bills, recharges, insurance. Apay money is the best alternative of INR in Bharat

I had faced a similar issue with PolicyBazaar payment, you can check the below link. In any case, the offer is closed, but Amazon and Razaorpay have some OTP issues, so need to be careful with large payments.

Hi All, I have been trying to make a payment for a new policy using Amazon Pay Balance from the Policybazaar site (Wallet section on payment page), and it keeps getting declined from the Amazon end. My account is full KYC and has sufficient balance for the transaction.

The weird thing is, every time I go to the payment page and proceed with Amazon Pay, the Razorpay gateway opens up and asks me to login using my phone number. After entering the phone number, it directly displays my balance and asks to complete payment (no password/OTP asked). Proceeding further results in the below error...

thanks @mayankcse10 , in my case the payment was getting triggered to wallet (no otp issue at least) but when it was getting redirected back to PG it had been failing with screenshot. Anyways I had verified with PG and Merchant both seems to be out, Amazon is yet clueless on reason of it. Definitely avoiding dependence on APay wallet for large transactions 🙁
