amazon refund issue?

Amazon confirmed over email that they will provide me price difference but now they told once return period is over they will issue price difference in amaon pay and now they denied ..
any solution?

Raise complaint on X and share screenshots in public. Email, higer ups for escalation.

I have good experience 😉 with their higher ups team
