Offer is getting applied for LPG but payment is failing. I’m using DBS Rupay DC. Is anyone else also facing the same?

In many places the gas agency does not fulfill the order on time or give lame excuses when ordered online so I haven't used it for making payment but I have checked that it's giving 20%upto 100 instant discount

Tried again. Payment went through this time.

I paid electricity bill for Rs 1400 and got Rs 100 discount due to using Rupay platinum debit card. (Paid Rs 1300)
This is a good deal. Explored this now and will be using it every month from now on.
