Amazon Wallet UPI launched, AmazonPay Balance (Money) Can be now used to send money via UPI.

Load through Credit card and transfer to bank via UPI, Free of Cost.

Updated - If your credit card loading is disabled then try this trick - you can also load via Uber app on Amazonpay wallet using your credit card/prepaid card.

Also Earn HDFC bank credit card rewards points via Uber app loading to Amazonpay wallet.​

Note- Only for Amazon wallet Full KYC accounts. Update to Amazon app version 24.12.4.300. Amazon gv is not supported.

Follow the step -

Update the App version 24.12.4.300.
GO to Send Money
select the number/upi
enter amount
proceed
it will show Bank details
then press show more ways to pay
then you can add amazon pay.

LOL, every month 3k load pe hamesa 50cb nahi milta hai, kabhi kabhi late ho jata hai and scratch card blank milta hai.

Isiliye 10k+ monthly spend ho jata hai via UPI, after load UPI se he phir send money karta hu Pockets wallet to bank via UPI.

Sometimes kisi month 12k or 15k ho jata hai Pockets wallet to bank via UPI.

I have loaded already 9900+, will try loading 100 more to see if it works.

BTW, is there any way to send Paytm wallet money to pockets? Amazon wallet thinks Paytm rupay card as debit card and allows loading money (even without uber). But pockets gave some error.

Tried loading now and it went fine. So, seems like 10k is not the limit.

Did you had 10k+ balance at any time or there is cap on balance. @Abhishek012

Guys guys need help on some questions -

So I was sleeping on this thread, thinking it was some way to transfer the CC balance to a bank account, which I wasn't interested in but decided to go through it and realized it's the very thing I was looking for - payment using CC via UPI. So I got only three questions here.

1) If I load the wallet via HDFC DCB using uber, will I get 3.3% RPs? Are there any other apps that let us add balance to the wallet? Correct me if I am wrong, but the limit for uber is 4k per month, right?
2) Realising this, I instantly did my VKYC; the wallet limit is now 100k. Will I get confirmation that KYC is complete because it reflected change immediately after ending the call?
3) Is wallet UPI any different in terms of flexibility - transactions wise (I know the limits of 10k and 20k)- are there any limitations?? Do I need to enable Amazon Pay UPI ( bank linked) to use wallet UPI, or are they independent?

@Batmanbaba @bhavyegoel or anyone who can answer, help would be appreciated 🙂

Yes you will get a email/sms for that. Even your kyc screen in amazon app will change from upload documents to your kyc is complete. But this screen change can take upto 3-5 days.

Few updates since yesterday, I didn't get any notification on KYC, and that option still reads upload docs. Still, I have added money in my wallet - 9.9k (limit is 100K) using DCB and activated my wallet UPI. Wasn't there initially, so had to logout-login a few times. Now it's working fine.

I used the entire quota for AmazonPay (if it's 10k total) as I do not use any other apps - Used to be GPay earlier, but I won't anymore.
Is there any way to add a shortcut to the home screen since opening APay Wallet is very long and takes too many clicks?

Wish I knew earlier I thought it wasn't so linked my bank with AmazonPay UPI along the way.

I can help in saving 1 click 😛 . Save this link on whatsapp or google keep or any place from where it is clickable. It will directly take you to amazon pay inside app. But ultimately you will be opening something app to open that link so it will not be that great 😅
