Yes we do get 1% cashback on wallet reload using Apay ICICI Card.

But for your second question, Amazon has stopped loading Amazon wallet via credit cards.

However, you can buy Apay Gift voucher using Apay ICICI Card and add it to your account to get 2% cashback.
But paytm charges ~2.3% conv fees for credit card wallet load right?
any benefit of still loading it with Apay?

Paytm charges ~ 2.3 to 5.5 % to load from any CC.. At the same time will give rewards to load using cc ~3%... On top it APay gives 1% back..
Overall , there will be slight profit or loss or sometimes it is a case of even stevens...
I use it manily to increase the spending on Apay CC when required with some marginal profit when all the planets align... 😉

But that fuel Cashback is useless for most people.

For all the guys, who hav an issue in utilising Paytm Fuel Wallet due to the obvious acceptance issues, please try HP Pay so that it will have more coverage... Still not equivalnet to real cashback... but still a better choice instead of wasting the fuel wallet balance...

Cashback enquiry section as promotional cashback. No minimum limit to redeem.
For debit card- 90 days

What's the distinction between promotional cashback vs. other kinds of cashback? I understand that for HDFC DCs promotional cashback validity is just 3 months. It's a good thing then that there is no minimum limit to redeem this type.

For which kinds of cashback is the minimum limit 400/- rs. (for Millennia) or 250/- (for Platinum)? Is the validity of such cashbacks 1 year?

Does the cashback enquiry section list different types of cashback separately?

Promotional cashback is for Smartbuy expenses. It can be redeemed without any minimum limit.
Whereas Feature cashback is for 1%, 2.5% or 5% cashback as per cards' feature. It has a minimum redemption limit of 400 for Millenia DC & 250 for Platinum DC.

Mentioned above. As per card feature.

Only 2 sections are there. One for Promotional cashback & other for Card Feature cashback.
