Which card variant u r using determines the X rewards u can see that in top banner running on multiplier site.
So far bought 1k voucher with smartearn and got 2x RP

Normal 2 days once the transactions settled.
The festival bonuses only will take 120 days or so they mentioned in seasonal offers t&c
