Hey, did you try this on tata neu? In your message after this one you say you got the 10x points as soon as the txn posted, do you mean the tata neu air india txn? Or something else?

This one - was this a tata neu air india txn? How would they differentiate between ai and aix if the payment gateway is the same?

Air India direct website booking. No idea about aix or Tata neu.

They have patched via Neu, previously it used to be AIX not it's Tata something..I use to book AIX via Atlas +5%(neu coins 500/750) + no convience fees

Yes, just confirmed this while trying to book a ticket.

While paying at Neu, it showed Tata Private Digital payments so wasn't sure if I get the cashback and skipped it.

While paying directly at Air India, it shows Air India as merchant so playing safe is better. Will miss out on some Neu coins but it's better to have guaranteed 10x points.
