Strange and different experience for me.

15th July 2023 - Amex Plat Travel - Video KYC and Physical Verification, Income Docs Verification.
07th Sep 2023- Gold Charge Card - No Video KYC, Income Docs Verification & Physical Verification.
22nd Sep 2023- MRCC - Video KYC, Document Verification.

So all the three cards verification is done for me.

@BestBanker Unable to DM you. Can you please DM me. I have following query:
My cibil score is 761. Net monthly salary is 1.87L. I have HDFC DCB(5L), ICICI Amazon Pay(9L), Coral and Rubyx(Shared 9L), Citi Rewards(1.2L), SBI Prime(1L), HSBC Visa platinum(1.5L).
I recently applied my Amex MRCC and it was rejected. Tried contacting customer care but they didn't tell the exact reason.
I do have 3 missed payment on Citi Credit Card, which I missed because of annual charges on that card and then some dubious interest charges of 4 INR and 16 INR in subsequent months.
So, should I apply for AMEX MRCC again or not? And is there anyone from AMEX I can contact in Bengaluru who can help with this.

Just wondering how long did it take for you to receive the card after physical verification in both the instances?

I have applied for my 2nd Amex card and physical verification happened today, so was curious.

Immediate approval on the same day of verification, but to get it delivered it took 5 days after the approval.
