  2. So much for ShamX cushDUMBer care 'Experience'. Let's hope they dont ask user to 'enroll' for sensible customer service much like their offers.


I left ShamX because i once had to argue 30 minutes to convince their brainless customer care that someone was using my card online without authorization and the executive was like 'your telephone operator is sending wrong messages kindly ignore'. After haggling half an hour, she finally connected me with fraud detection team who confirmed activity going on on my card in US.

Finally someone gets the harassment ShamX forces people to go through. Now you get why i call them ShamX (should i call them SHAMmers) !


Big claims and BS 'experience' . They have to be really blind to be not able to see what's written a page hosted on their own website.
In 2020, CardXpert Sid caught a major blunder in AmEx cards t&c for shopsmall campaign(a campaign which i had actually recommended them during 1st lockdown). This blunder allowed them to forbid crediting any points. I took that err up with their Executive Correspondence Desk and Suresh Kapoor from that team had to be narrated of what they need to replace it with. Even a layman could read that the promotion allowed them to not credit ANY MR during the campaign period to those who enrolled.
