Big claims and BS 'experience' . They have to be really blind to be not able to see what's written a page hosted on their own website.
In 2020, CardXpert Sid caught a major blunder in AmEx cards t&c for shopsmall campaign(which i had actually recommended them during 1st lockdown). This blunder allowed them to forbid crediting any points. I took that err up with their Executive Correspondence Desk and Suresh Kapoor from that team had to be narrated of what they need to replace it with. Even a layman could read that the promotion allowed them to not credit ANY MR during the campaign period to those who enrolled.
