1. Login in your account
2. Go to "Account management" in home page
3. Select "Apply for a supplementary card"
4. Enter details of supplementary card member (Name, DOB, Email ID, Phone number, Relationship with Primary

With 30 mins to 1 Hour of nomination details being filled by Basic, Supplementary applicant will receive the email containing application form.

Then fill in all details ,create pin for your supplementary card

After completion of application - Supplementary Applicant will the option to complete Video KYC

Complete VKYC.

DONE

Supplementary Card is sent out once all conditions for issuance of supplementary card are met.
