American Express has taken onboarding to a new level by going fully digital! Instead of traditional paper manuals, they’re using interactive screens to guide new cardholders through the process.

nothing was asked at my end except OTP, today he even said ignore OTP just sign it digitally. It was via bluedart and supplementary card.
