American Express Takes Digital Packaging to the Next Level

American Express has taken onboarding to a new level by going fully digital! Instead of traditional paper manuals, they’re using interactive screens to guide new cardholders through the process.

nothing was asked at my end except OTP, today he even said ignore OTP just sign it digitally. It was via bluedart and supplementary card.

i had a friend whose envelop mentioned ask for ID, courier guy even asked for ID even after sharing OTP.

must be data selling tactics

IDFC sends a similar box of welcome kits for their Private account holders.

Amex has truly upgraded their on boarding process to next level. A tab featuring all the features which plays as soon as you open the package gives you a really premium experience. I know its not the worth in terms of fees. It's all about those moments....
Note : I have recently got Platinum charge card and was mesmerized by the welcome box.
