American Platinum Reserve - Amex Lounge access

My friend is about to apply for AMEX PLATINUM RESERVE so had this question and can’t find this information on the website.

We all know Amex Platinum reserve card offers 12 Lounge access to AMEX LOUNGE (max 3/quarter)

Have some questions on that:
1) Can we bring in 1 or 2 Guest along with the primary card holder to the Amex Lounge with this card?
(Platinum charge & Platinum Corporate gave that feature)

2) Is alcohol Complimentary at the Lounge with this card access?
(There are 2 sections of the lounge at Delhi & Mumbai and Platinum Charge, Platinum Corporate and Centurion cards get complimentary liquor) Need to know about this cards access as well

3) Can Supplementary / Add on card holders can access Amex lounge with this card?

If yes does the count gets deducted from Primary card holder

4) can we bring in guest if add on card holder is accessing the AMEX lounge and Is liquor complimentary for Add on card holder while accessing with this card?

Hey, For Plat charge are guests allowed for add on also ? and can they be used together like if primary and add on are travelling together they can take 4 guests ?

The guest policy for US issued cards changed on Feb 1st to $75,000 annual spend requirement for guests. Not sure if Indian cards are affected. In the end, admission is at the discretion of lounge staff and they have the final say.

I agree that the US policy changed, but Amex is giving leeway to selected US Plat card members (depending upon their spending) to avail 2 additional guests for another year (till Jan 2024)

Amex Mumbai Lounge - I heard there are 2 sections in the lounge; one for centurion card holders and the other for platinum charge and reserve.
Earlier I read that platinum charge card holders were included in the section with centurion card holders, but not anymore.

Can anyone please confirm as to what is the ground reality?

It's just a small roped off section with reserved seating for Centurion.

Latest update : Platinum reserve card members will no longer get access to Amex lounge. It’s only plat charge and centurion now.

From a plat charge customer perspective looks like a good move but for new platinum reserve members it’s a big dent.
