Amex application rejected

I recently applied for an AMEX platinum travel card. After the video KYC, I got a rejection mail in a couple of hours stating, "After reviewing your application, it has come to our notice that the details provided in your application do not meet our internal requirements for Card issuance.". I'm in Bangalore, my CIBIL is 792, and I'm self-employed with an ITR of over 20 lakhs. I know these are well above the financial requirements for the card. Not sure why I got rejected

My plat travel and gold card got rejected based on internal requirements as well. Phone support could not help with the information. Currently holding Infinia, Magnus, Vistara Infinite and Tata Neucard. Very surprised at the rejections. @BestBanker , can you help pls?

hello @BestBanker - can you please DM me.. my application for Platinum Travel card got rejected.
"After reviewing your application, it has come to our notice that the details provided in your application do not meet our internal requirements for Card issuance. As a result, we are not able to process your application."

Looks like there are too many applications for Amex CCs after they opened referrals. I feel they are rejecting w/o any logical explanations after vKYC, even when applications meet the criterion they have set. Even after escalating they are not providing any transparency on rejection or reconsidering. Looks like no one can help with that or in getting same variant of card till 3 months are over. Frankly, I am disappointed with Amex' attitude and lack of transparency. Anyway, have multiple other options so IMO it's their loss.

I applied for AMEX Travel card but was rejected and when asked on customer care they shared that office address or information was not right. All the informations shared are right as per the eligibility point of view.

@BestBanker Could you DM or just share how to follow through on this application and get it approved?
