Amex card upgrade

Hey Everyone, I am new to this group & probably the first time in an online community!
I have been trying to research a lot on credit cards & how they work since last 8-9 years & learnt a lot through my mistakes as well! Now I have a healthy credit score & good limits.

I own Amex platinum travel & I am getting an offer to upgrade to platinum reserve. Anyone here who has done this? I wanted to get some genuine reviews before going for the offer. I love the travel as I usually get to have 1 trip /year with free flights with the points I earn!

Very simple answer: Just stay with Platinum Travel , don't upgrade to Platinum Reserve, it is one of the worst cards out there..

Thank you! I am still learning to navigate around the portal. I was in a dilemma as well since there are no bonus reward points after a threshold spend. I found that to be weird.

Exactly the same as what SSV said above, upgrade is not worth it
