LTF Indusind Pinnacle credit card Upgrade offer missed

A few days ago, I received a call from an Indusind agent offering to upgrade my Legend card to a Pinnacle card. At that time, I rejected the offer because I was not aware of the 0 MAB exclusive account benefit. I am from Durgapur, West Bengal.

I have a few doubts:
1. Can anyone share any agent's number? or should I visit the branch directly to open exclusive account and card upgrade?
2. still the joining benefits can be used to buy Amazon pay vouchers (15k joining fee)?
3. Is there an official page that mentions the 0 MAB exclusive account with the pinnacle credit card?

It will get transferred proportionally.

I got a free upgrade to Pinnacle and no vouchers were received for this. Overall when I reviewed this card, I couldn't find any significant benefit. Do you see any benefits to this card?

You get a semi-premium zero balance account with a small discount offers in a few vendors.

you can open indusind exclusive savings account, it has good benefits like 0 forex card, home service etc

Hi... did you get the vouchers? I also got an upgrade from Legend to Pinnacle recently, and have been trying to get the vouchers, but no use! In spite of writing to their customer care multiple times, getting the same automated reply that they will get back to me in 3 working days, and that never happens. And whenever I try their toll free number, it is taking me round and round in the IVRS, but never connecting to a real agent!!

I already paid the joining fees of 15k+GST, and now I don't know what to do! Can someone please help me out?

Call is quicker
call them during non peak hours and it will go through.
If you want some random vouchers you will get vouchers worth 15k else if you want flipkart/amazon voucher it is only 10k.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I finally (and suddenly) got an SMS yesterday with the vouchers link 😳

But I will never again go for an IndusInd card due to their pathetic service! They never even replied whether they are going to give the vouchers or not which made me panic. They keep saying premium customer service, and if this itself is so horrible, can't imagine what their basic service looks like 🤣

only difference in benefit is the zero forex debit card, which 1% in Select variant.

Another difference after the recent silent 'devaluation' of the Select account: no more unlimited ATM usage of other banks' ATMs. I believe it's still there for the Exclusive.
