AmEx EMI conversion and credit limit match for different cards

Does American Express allow after-spend EMI conversion instead of point-of-sale or in-store purchases? Also, is there any option for AmEx cards to match credit limit of highest limit card in case of having multiple variant cards? What is the process?

No bank will usually match credit limit based on other card unless applying card 2 card and yes post purchase emi is available but not in Gold
