AMEX is always super swift. Very rarely things are delayed.
I got my MRCC card delivered at Tirupati, in 10/2023 (no FY closure then), in just 3 days. Even the Add-on card was delivered super fast at Hyderabad.

my friend received approval confirmation email on 31st early morning, and dispatch conformation in evening..

he has still not received the card, I think because Saturday was election day holiday.

How to get connected to amex support, to speak to an agent last 5 digit of the card is required, how should I get that as I have not received any dispatch mail
