I had done a payment in Amex on the Thursday of the week and my credit limit was showing around 42k. After some time the credit limit is back to 50k which is my limit but the app still shows the bill amount as unpaid. It's been over 72hours and still it's the same. I've asked the customer support and they asked me to wait since there was a weekend in between. Can anyone tell me that whether this has happened with anyone and what are the steps next?
