Amex Plat Travel Airport Lounge Access

Hey Guys, I have plat travel card which comes with 8 complimentary visits per year (limited to two complimentary visit per quarter), i have 2 questions -

1. as it says 2 complimentary visits per quarter, so can I use it for myself and my friend at airport lounge in single visit?
2. And for delhi Encalm Lounge it says "Not Available" under Complimentary Access, does it mean its not free/complimentery in India's Capital City Airport T3? [Like all cards offer free visit for delhi at least, why they are not then?]

Amex Plat Travel has a very limited lounge access as such,
As to why DEL T3 International lounge not available complimentary, that's just a lounge tie up deal Amex has, nothing we can di about it

Ahmedabad international lounge is there, it's not about domestic and I like axis, it's just that Amex Plat Travel has a poor lounge network

It's not really international lounge, its a domestic lounge within international terminal of DEL Airport

That's considered as international lounge as per the banks and credit cards and only cards with international lounge access work. 🙂

Aisa nahi lagta bhai, whenever you go to different credit/debit/PP/dreamfolks cards of different banks, they all mention lounges inside india under domestic category

They should remove that 'Platinum' from the name itself, and call it Amex Travel Credit Card, it's not really Platinum.
Platinum has a fee of 78k INR.

And Plat Reserve should be called "Amex Reserve Card" as well

I've seen that on youtube, he was complaining as if he was being denied of a privilege he's entitled to,

But even with name change this can happen

I remember earlier this yr at 080 reception in BLR T1, a guy in front of me was arguing with staff saying that his Saphiro is the highest card ICICI has to offer, how come he's not allowed into 080 and has to go to BLR lounge,
I didn't have to the time or patience to tell him about Emerald or Diamant card, so i just kept quite and went inside next
