Hey Everyone, is it true that I can save GST on Amex platinum charge if I provide my father's GST number to them?

For a proprietorship yes. But it’s like a loophole and utilising it to save 10k a year is an unethical practice. The mittal guy from the example has to be prosecuted and cards cancelled. Don’t follow examples which will land you in trouble. Moreover for proprietorship how can one justify business spends ? On the name of travel ? IT dept is not blind. Works only until one gets caught. I would personally prefer spending extra 10k as tax rather than ending up in trouble 🤣
