Please share your experiences of retention offer for the platinum card.
What do they provide MR points or Taj vouchers?

I got retention offer of 50K MR points; my annual spend on Amex Platinum about 18L.

I’ve been offered the vouchers plus 25k MR points. Implication is that this is the best they can do post the first year of Plat. My spends are very high - planning to continue.

Does anyone have a better retention offer they’ve received?

Just cancel the card and reapply when they’re running offers. That’s the way you can get the best offers.

Even without the seasonal offers, just using someone’s referral or even direct applying can get you 1.4k-1.5k points, much more than even the best of retention offers.
