Amex platinum rejected

@BestBanker hi my Amex application no 20232256902360INR for platinum card got rejected on the account of blacklisted area. On contacting the customer support, they asked to apply with new mailing address as my office address after 3 months. Is there a way possible to reapply on urgent basis.
