1. PDF -- 10L spends, 25k promo code + 5k for referral
2. PDF -- 7L spends, 18k promo code + 4k for referral
3. PDF -- 5L spends, 12k promo code + 3k for referral
4. PDF -- 3L spends, 8k promo code + 2k for referral
5. PDF -- 2L spends, 6k promo code + 2k for referral
