What has been the experience here with using the Reward Multiplier ? Is it a hit or miss or do you eventually get the points after some struggle?
Does it have anything to with specific browsers/cookies ?

Mostly miss & always leads to escalation, i have stopped using RM portal except for vouchers. If you transact make sure to record the screen

Seems like they have credited the points. I got some 705 points credit as "Bonus Points Adjustment". Iirc I had made a transaction of around 3k om Flipkart.

Usually takes 120 days as per terms and conditions of Amex.

Nothing as of now. Now there is only spend based offer triggering today.

I got this offer in Oct 24 on my MRCC. Used RP Multiplier site to buy an iphone worth Rs 74900. I got 1498 points instantly. What will be the total bonus points that will be credited?
