I didn't get points for MMT once either. Complained but they said the transaction wasn't captured.

Today when I called them, they are saying the points were captured in the next month itself. But there is no way I can check that as there is no statement for reward points and recent activity only goes till November. This transaction was done in April and I got assurance from the team in May that the points were captured and would reflect in 90-120 days. But, the customer care says they were credited in May itself. Not sure i missed checking them.
